The Advanced Polarity Intensive with David Deida is for men, women, and couples ready to deepen their capacity to love through the art of sexual polarity.
David Deida’s work has shaped the fields of intimacy, embodiment, and spiritual growth for over four decades. As the originator of the modern sexual polarity framework, his teachings have informed much of today’s understanding of masculine and feminine dynamics. This intensive offers the chance to learn straight from the source.
In this small group setting, limited to only 15 men and 15 women, David will answer your personal questions, work with you one-on-one, and give you real-time feedback and customized adjustments.
Through solo, partnered, and group practices, you’ll transform your ability to meet intensity with openness, express your deepest heart-truths without performance, and inhabit the spontaneous play between feminine and masculine while exploring intimacy as a path of spiritual revelation.
You’ll be guided face-to-face by David Deida in a space devoted to deep embodiment, relational transmission, and the moment-to-moment yoga of intimacy. This is not an entry-level experience; it’s an advanced training for those who already recognize the power of this path and want to practice it at the highest level.
David is known for his ability to teach through to the heart. His unscripted, experiential style goes far beyond rote techniques in favor of embodied inquiry into love’s intelligence, including deep feeling-awareness and erotic attraction. Rather than merely offering fixed practices or scripts to follow, he trains students in the dynamic art of intimacy—where each gesture, word, and breath becomes a sensitive articulation of spiritual and sexual communion.

Assistant Teachers
Throughout the intensive, Eli Buren and Nina Lombardo will offer support, guidance, and demonstrations to help you deepen your practice. Both bring decades of personal practice and teaching experience to the space.
Eli has studied and taught with David for over 20 years. With a background in somatic practices, martial arts, meditation, and men’s work, he brings a grounded presence and a rare ability to guide people out of their heads and into direct, embodied contact with the moment.
Nina is the founder of Way of Devotion, a path of feminine embodiment, polarity, and devotional intimacy. A long-time student of David’s work, she invites women into the full spectrum of their erotic, emotional, and spiritual depth—anchored in the body and offered as love.
